Join a team of volunteers who mentor students in Pakistan. The US mentors are expected to give about 5 hours per month of their time for this initiative. Contact us to learn more about how to give back.

OBJECTIVE: The US-based mentors will help senior college students in Pakistan with their careers, provide information about the industry, and teach them life skills like confidence, time management, and critical thinking for free. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme.
- Program disclaimer
Mentorees are expected to learn and apply their knowledge in the real world. In meetings, be prompt, courteous, and professional. Mentees are expected to complete assignments by the due date. Be optimistic and motivating.
Mentors and mentees are not allowed to seek monetary or other advantages from the mentoring relationship. During the mentoring period, mentees are prohibited from soliciting financial help or aid with immigration or visa applications.
Mentees should not expect their mentors to refer them for employment. It is prohibited for mentors to provide mentees with legal, financial, or medical advice.

During the first day of the workshop, we will focus on understanding the key components of a great resume and crafting a compelling document that highlights your unique strengths. Our expert facilitators will cover the following topics:

- Understand the importance of tailoring your resume for each job application and learn techniques to customize your content to align with the specific requirements of different roles.
- Incorporating Relevant Keywords: Discover effective strategies for incorporating industry-specific keywords and phrases in your resume to enhance its visibility in online job portals and ATS.
- Formatting and Visual Appeal: Learn how to use appropriate fonts, spacing, and formatting techniques to create a visually appealing and professional-looking resume.
- Proofreading and Editing: Understand the significance of proofreading your resume to eliminate errors and ensure clarity and consistency throughout the document.
